What if I haven’t closed by day 90?+

There is a 30-day extension. It is group calls only, and the program ends on day 120.

How much of Henry do I actually get?+

A three-hour kickoff day, six group calls, three private 30-minute deal reviews, async deal review inside your dashboard, and a cohort chat with Henry in it.

What happens after I close?+

You leave with a written post-close plan for the property. Carrying it out (rehab, tenants, refinance, the next deal) happens in the Mastermind, which you are already a lifetime member of.
